本條款適用於 Akasha Cube App、網站與相關服務，包括時間膠囊、AI Companion、漂流瓶、會員與網站開啟膠囊功能。
1. 帳號與使用責任
你應提供可使用的帳號資料並妥善保管登入與驗證資訊。不得冒用他人、進行詐欺、攻擊服務、爬取非公開資料、繞過安全機制或以未授權方式大量自動化操作。
2. 你的內容
你保有自己建立或上傳之文字、圖片、錄音、影片、膠囊與留言的權利。為提供你要求的功能，你授權 Akasha Cube 在必要範圍內儲存、備份、處理、傳輸與呈現內容。
3. 時間膠囊與寄送
你有責任確認收件人與寄送條件正確。寄送可能受到網路、信箱、第三方服務或不可抗力影響。網站開啟膠囊時，安全權杖或額外驗證只用於判斷收件與存取權限。
4. AI 功能
AI 可能產生不正確或不完整的內容，只供陪伴、創作與一般資訊參考，不構成醫療、心理、法律或財務專業意見。
5. 漂流瓶與公開互動
你主動發布至公開區域的內容可能被他人閱讀、留言或收藏。不得發布違法、騷擾、威脅、剝削、詐欺、惡意揭露個資或侵權內容。
6. 會員、付款、取消與退款
實際價格、期間、容量、續訂與取消條件以 App 內購買頁面為準。透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 完成的交易，也受該平台付款、退款與訂閱規則約束。
7. 服務可用性與責任
我們會盡合理努力維持服務，但不保證永不中斷、完全無錯誤或每一次寄送都在精確時間成功。法律允許範圍內，對第三方中斷、錯誤資料、AI 回覆錯誤或不可抗力造成的間接損失不負責。

These terms apply to the Akasha Cube app, website, and related services, including time capsules, AI Companion, Drift Bottle, membership, and web capsule opening.
1. Accounts and responsible use
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting sign-in and verification credentials. Do not impersonate others, commit fraud, attack the service, scrape non-public data, bypass security controls, or conduct unauthorized automated activity.
2. Your content
You retain rights to the text, photos, recordings, videos, capsules, and comments you create or upload. To provide features you request, you grant Akasha Cube permission to store, back up, process, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service.
3. Time capsules and delivery
You are responsible for recipient information and delivery conditions. Delivery can be affected by networks, email providers, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Web capsule access tokens and verification are used only to determine delivery and access rights.
4. AI features
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is intended for companionship, creativity, and general information and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professional advice.
5. Drift Bottle and public interaction
Content you intentionally publish to public areas may be read, commented on, or saved by others. Illegal, harassing, threatening, exploitative, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or infringing content is prohibited.
6. Membership, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Final pricing, duration, capacity, renewal, and cancellation terms are displayed in the in-app purchase screen. Transactions made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by the relevant store’s billing, refund, and subscription policies.
7. Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free use, or exact-time delivery in every case. To the extent permitted by law, Akasha Cube is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party outages, incorrect user data, AI errors, or events outside reasonable control.

본 약관은 Akasha Cube 앱, 웹사이트 및 타임캡슐, AI Companion, 드리프트 보틀, 멤버십, 웹 캡슐 열기 기능에 적용됩니다.
1. 계정과 책임 있는 이용
정확한 계정 정보를 제공하고 로그인 및 인증 정보를 보호할 책임이 있습니다. 타인 사칭, 사기, 서비스 공격, 비공개 데이터 수집, 보안 우회, 무단 자동화 사용은 금지됩니다.
2. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자가 만든 글, 사진, 녹음, 영상, 캡슐, 댓글에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 요청한 기능을 제공하기 위해 필요한 범위에서 Akasha Cube가 이를 저장, 백업, 처리, 전송, 표시할 수 있도록 허용합니다.
3. 타임캡슐과 전달
수신자 정보와 전달 조건의 정확성은 사용자 책임입니다. 네트워크, 이메일 서비스, 외부 서비스 또는 통제할 수 없는 사유로 전달이 영향을 받을 수 있습니다. 웹 캡슐의 보안 토큰과 추가 인증은 수신 및 접근 권한을 확인하는 용도로만 사용됩니다.
4. AI 기능
AI 결과는 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있으며 일반적인 동반, 창작, 정보 참고를 위한 것입니다. 의료·정신건강·법률·재무 전문가의 조언을 대신하지 않습니다.
5. 드리프트 보틀과 공개 상호작용
사용자가 공개 영역에 직접 게시한 콘텐츠는 다른 사람이 읽거나 댓글을 달거나 저장할 수 있습니다. 불법, 괴롭힘, 위협, 착취, 사기, 개인정보 침해 또는 권리 침해 콘텐츠는 금지됩니다.
6. 멤버십, 결제, 취소 및 환불
최종 가격, 기간, 용량, 갱신, 취소 조건은 앱 내 구매 화면에 표시됩니다. Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통한 거래는 해당 스토어의 결제, 환불, 구독 규칙을 따릅니다.
7. 서비스 제공과 책임
서비스 안정성을 위해 합리적으로 노력하지만 중단 없음, 무오류, 모든 캡슐의 정확한 시간 전달을 보장하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 외부 서비스 중단, 잘못된 사용자 정보, AI 오류 또는 통제 불가능한 사건으로 인한 간접 손실에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
