部分資料可能在備份、安全紀錄或依法必須保存的紀錄中暫時存在，通常最長不超過 90 天，之後依系統排程刪除或去識別化。
You can delete your account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion through official support.

Some data may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or legally required records, generally for no more than 90 days, after which it is deleted or de-identified according to system schedules.
